provisions and operating instructions contained in the Site. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the above provisions and operating instructions and those contained in the general conditions, the latter shall prevail. Each purchaser is invited to read these terms and conditions carefully. Ayfëe S. r. l. may modify at its discretion, at any time and without notice, the contents of the Site (e. g. prices, prices,
photos, terms and delivery methods, etc. . ). Any changes made shall take effect on the day on which they are published.


These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between Ayfëe S. r. l. (the Seller) and the Customer regarding the purchase of Products made through this Site. For matters not expressly regulated in these General Conditions of Sale, please refer to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 and its updates (Consumer Code), Legislative Decree No. 70 of 09. 04. 2003 and the applicable provisions of the Civil Code. The Customer can purchase the products included in the electronic catalogue and illustrated in the individual product sheets. In order to access the sales service, you need to:

  • have the requirements to legally conclude binding contracts

  • be able to legally conclude binding contracts

  • have a valid e-mail address

  • have a valid device for certification and payment


Conclusion of the Contract: 

By clicking on the "Buy"button, the Customer places a binding order for the items contained in the virtual shopping cart. Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation. The sale contract is understood to be concluded between Ayfëe S. r. l. and the Customer when the latter receives confirmation of the order. In case the Customer does not receive any confirmation of the order, the relative order will be considered refused by Ayfëe S. r. l. and, therefore, ineffective. With the conclusion of the Contract, Ayfëe S. r. l. undertakes to supply the customer with the Products, according to the terms and conditions provided for in these General Conditions of Sale, without prejudice to the right not to process orders from persons who do not provide 

sufficient guarantees of solvency.

By sending the order, the Customer unconditionally accepts and is obliged to observe in its relations with Ayfëe S. r. l. the provisions contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as the additional information contained in the web pages of the Site. The shipment will be made by Ayfëe S. r. l. , within the terms indicated in the following art. 5, following receipt by the Commission of total payment of the purchase price and shipping costs. Ayfëe S. r. l. invites, therefore, the Customer to provide
payment of the price as soon as you receive the order confirmation.


The images on the Site are only representative and normally correspond to the product, however Ayfëe S. r. l. does not give any guarantee about the exact match of the proposed image, the resolution of the colors of the images may vary depending on the monitor used. All product prices are clearly indicated on the Site and are understood to include VAT only. They shall not include any additional and different taxes, duties or duties provided for by the relevant laws, such as those relating to imports. To the extent necessary, the Customer must therefore arrange for customs clearance of imports and to pay any duties and taxes (other than VAT) due in the importing Country.


Payments in execution of the Purchase Contracts entered into through the Site may be made through PayPal or through
Credit card. Ayfëe S. r. l. reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer at any time (e. g. the tax code number). In the absence of the information or further documentation requested by the Customer, Ayfëe S. r. l. reserves the right not to accept the order or to withdraw from the perfected Purchase Contract, giving simultaneous communication to the Customer at the e-mail address indicated by him.


Shipment of the package containing the Products purchased is normally made within 3/5 working days of receipt of payment. Short delays are possible due to the accumulation of orders and the disposal according to priority: in any case Ayfëe S. r. l. undertakes to make the shipment as soon as possible. The shipment is made by courier. The delivery times and related tariffs are as follows:
1. Italy peninsula: delivery in 3/5 working days from the date of dispatch; price € 5,00 VAT included for orders less than
€50. 00. 

2. Italy peninsula: delivery in 3/5 working days from the date of dispatch; price € 0,00 VAT included for orders over
€50. 00. 

3. International: delivery within 5/10 working days from the date of dispatch; price € 20,00 VAT included for lower orders
€ 200,00. 

4. International: delivery within 5/10 working days from the date of dispatch; price € 0,00 VAT included for higher orders
€ 200,00.

5. For orders in the middle of holidays and / or bridges is not guaranteed delivery within the time specified above. In any case, the times are to be considered indicative and vary depending on the area of destination. 

Where the Products object of the order are not available for causes beyond the control of Ayfëe S. r. l. , The latter will promptly notify the Customer. In this case, Ayfëe S. r. l. shall not be responsible for. no obligation to deliver the Products ordered and the same will provide without any delay to reimburse, in favor of the customer, any amount already paid.

The Customer, when sending the shipment, will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment. 

For each shipment, two delivery attempts are made on two consecutive working days, after which the parcel is stored. Therefore, the Customer is invited not to place orders if he is not sure of being able to collect the parcel personally (or through a delegate) upon arrival or from the place of storage. At the moment when the parcel will be in storage it will be the Customer’s care to collect the goods from the courier indicated on the communication that will be sent to him. When sending the order, the Customer must then fill in the fields in detail: telephone number and destination of the goods and any delivery times.

It is necessary to specify in an exact way the delivery address and the name of the recipient or the name of the company, because otherwise Ayfëe S. r. l. will not be held responsible and any additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer. In case of non-collection, unless proven negligence of the courier, Ayfëe S. r. l. reserves the right not to process orders from customers who have refused previous packages. Ayfëe S. r. l. is not responsible for any delay.


We make returns and refunds within 7 days of delivery of the purchase and all at the expense of the customer.


All trademarks (registered or not), as well as any and every work of the intellect, distinctive sign or name, image, photograph, written or graphic text and more generally any other intangible asset reproduced on the Site or in any case owned by Ayfëe S. r. l. protected by the laws and international conventions on intellectual and industrial property remain the exclusive property of Ayfëe S. r. l. , without the Customer deriving any rights from the access to the Site and/or from the stipulation of the Purchase Contracts. Any use, even partial, of the same is forbidden without the prior written authorization of Ayfëe S. r. l. , in whose favour all related rights are exclusively reserved.


Ayfëe S. r. l. is responsible to the Consumer Customers, pursuant to art. 130 and 132 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) of any lack of conformity of products existing at the time of delivery, with particular regard to products resulting in defective or damaged. In the event of a defective product, the Consumer Customer loses the rights of the rights granted to him if he does not make the complaint to Ayfee S. r. l. within the terms indicated by art. 132, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code). Excluded are cases of normal wear and tear of the Product due to use, washing and drying or any other case attributable to bad or incorrect management of the Product by the user. 

It should be noted that the complaint of defects must be made in writing (by registered letter with return receipt to the address of Ayfëe S. r. l. Via Danubio 71, Osmannoro (Sesto Fiorentino) or via PEC at indirizzo:info@ayfee. it) and must be accompanied by precise, accurate and appropriate documentation, including photographs. Following the return by the Customer of the Product/s that are defective or damaged at the moment of delivery as foreseen above,Ayfëe S. r. l. is obliged to refund the Customer the amount paid for the Product(s) found to be defective.


All communications or eventual claims of the Client towards Ayfëe S. r. l. in relation to purchase contracts must be sent by email from the "Contact Us" or to the email: info@ayfee. it. These General Conditions of Sale can be consulted on the site www. ayfee. it.

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. Users who visit the pages of the site www. ayfee. it agree to submit to Italian law.
